Hendrick Screen introduced a process in 2011 to promote new ideas called "Quick and Easy Kaizen". As a result of that process Tommy Pharis came up with an idea in the resistance weld area that reduces scrap on every large resistance welded screen. The annual savings is estimated at $1500 per year.
