All are engineered to provide tight slot control without plugging to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.

We've built grids to take loads above 50 psi while maintaining close tolerances on slot openings from 0.005 of an inch and up. We can select surface wire shapes to produce open areas above 50% while still maintaining the required strength.

If your system presents unusual conditions, such as extremely high loads or pressure, we can design special support structures to carry those loads without undue loss of screen efficiency.
