We manufacture catalyst support grids, outlet baskets, scale traps, centrifuge baskets,
header/lateral systems and nozzles.All are engineered to provide tight slot control
without plugging to minimize downtime and increase efficiency. We've built grids
to take loads from 10-200 psi while maintaining close tolerances on slot openings
from 0.005 of an inch and up. We can select surface wire shapes to produce open
areas above 50% while still maintaining the required strength. |

If your system presents unusual conditions,
such as pressure over 50psi and high temperature, we utilize our exclusive Profile
Bar construction along with specially designed inserts to carry these loads without
undue loss of screen efficiency.
